Since 1994, People's Self-Help Housing (PSHH) has designed and constructed 150 affordable multifamily apartments and single-family homes in Lewis County which provide safe, comfortable homes for low income households.  Tenants benefit from PSHH's energy efficient building practices which also result in low utility bills.

PSHH continues to manage and maintain all of these rental properties.  Eligible low and very low-income households typically pay 30% of their adjusted gross income toward rent and utilities.
