PSHH administers HOME Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) for approximately 30 households in Lewis County.  Very low-income households are able to receive monthly assistance in the form of rent and utility subsidies for qualified rental properties for up to two years.  Subsidy payments are made by PSHH directly to landlords and utility providers.  TBRA recipients are expected to pay 30% of their household income toward rent and utilities with the TBRA subsidy covering the gap.
