Since good credit is an important part of the approval process, PSHH homeownership counselors will work with you to address any problems on your credit report.
Does PSHH build homes outside of Lewis County?
No, PSHH builds new homes only in Lewis County, Kentucky.
Do I qualify for a PSHH house if I am working?
If you are working, you must have at least six months of stable employment history for PSHH to consider your application. Your total annual household income cannot exceed our income limits for new home construction.
